Mallorca

The D.O. Mallorca is characterized by its Mediterranean climate, with very high temperatures in summer and moderately low in winter. The level of humidity is, in general, very high. Rainfall is usually of the stormy type and is concentrated in autumn.

They produce white, red, and rosé wines.

The white wines are pale yellow to golden, aromatic, predominantly fruity aromas and/or floral, balanced, broad, and fresh.

The red wines are of high layer, with powerful aroma and rich in tannins. The aromatic phase is characterized by the presence of red fruits. In the mouth they are round and full-bodied.

Rosé wines are pale pink to orange pink, bright and transparent, with a predominance of primary aromas.

In general, they are clean wines, with frank aromas that identify the varieties of the grape they come from.
