Edetària

Located in the central area of Terra Alta, in Gandesa. Edetària produces wine only from its own vines and vineyards. The aim is to control the whole process from the beginning, that’s why the harvest is done manually to select the best grapes from each vine. They work with native grape varieties, knowing the conditions that each one needs.

They are characterized by the organic cultivation, working in a sustainable way to obtain the maximum expression and authenticity of the land.
To maintain the structure of the soil and oxygenate the land, they alternate the tilling of the vineyard with the use of plant cover.
They use green manure and organic fertilizers from several animals.
They totally avoid the use of chemical fungicides and insecticides.

The winery is powered exclusively by its solar energy system.
