Orto Vins

The vineyards of Orto are located in the municipality of Masroig, in the region of Priorat, protected by the Designation of Origin Montsant.

They are almost 30 hectares, distributed in 25 estates, most of them of cariñena and grenache, the traditional varieties of the area.

The Orto vineyards are mostly located in calcareous soils where honeycomb and clays predominate.

The plantation density does not exceed 6,500 vines per hectare, most of which are grown in goblet form, following traditional viticulture techniques of organic and biodynamic orientation, in harmony with the natural environment.
