Ànima negra

Founded in 1994, Ànima Negra is the result of the symbiosis of climate, soil and the native varieties of the island of Mallorca.

The result is sincere and special wines, far from the trends of impersonal wine creation. It is this premise, together with the aim of producing wines of the highest possible quality, that defines the daily life of Ànima Negra.

The natural viticulture is a priority. Respect for the particularities of the soil and the cultivation of native varieties (Callet, Mantonegre, Fogoneu and White Premsal) have shaped a philosophy of the way they understand viticulture and with the product.
