A family winery located in Vilafranca del Penedés and founded in 1870 by the brothers Jaime and Miquel Torres. It is the winery with the largest extension of DO Penedés vineyards, despite this, it has vineyards in the DO of: Conca de Barberá, Priorat, Costers del Segre, Toro, Jumilla, Rioja, Ribera del Duero, Rueda and Rías Baixas. It also has a presence with wineries in Chile and California.

Known for selling wines and brandies, both varieties are exported to more than 150 countries. The winery is run by the fourth and fifth generation of the founding family, currently chaired by Miguel Agustín Torres Riera. It is considered one of the most admired wine brands and it is not surprising, when passion and tradition are maintained as they do, the resulting wine is excellent.
