A winery with a lot of history, according to a document written in Latin from 1385, Bernat Llopart received the transfer of some vineyards located in the current Can Llopart de Subirats Estate. This relationship between the Lloparts of the Penedés and viticulture has remained uninterrupted until today.

Since the end of the 18th century, this family has dedicated itself exclusively to wine, in 1887 the wine was labeled with the name of the Llopart farmhouse and for this, a label was made with a panoramic view of the farmhouse and the surrounding mountains. Starting in 1950, it contributed to publicize and give prestige to artisan sparkling wines, among which Llopart, consolidated itself among the highest quality.
