Autumn. For many, especially lovers of nature and landscapes, the best season of the year. The vineyards have been dyed with orange, ocher, golden, reddish tones… a real pleasure for the senses.
BUT WHY DO THE VINEYARDS CHANGE COLOR?
As with other plants, the amount of sunlight is responsible for chlorophyll levels, which determine the pigmentation of the leaves and growth of the vine. For this reason, in spring and summer green predominates, and now they are fading.
Each type of grape will emerge a particular tone on its leaves, until they will fall. Everything prepared for a new cycle and to train naturally for a new winter vegetative state.
If you have the opportunity, treat yourself a walk through them, it is a real show.
Can you imagine the flavor that was born from that same land and that now surprises us with this color palette?
