P S I comes from a 30 years old vineyard at Dominio del Pingus in Ribera del Duero. A very successful project from the well-known Peter Sisseck, this fruity red wine is macerated in concrete tanks and stays aging in oak barrels used previously for the famous Pingus. This is an awesome wine!!
